"My husband and I have had our Auto and Rental insurance with Morgan Hefty’s office for about 4 years now. Teri has been a huge help in any questions I’ve ever had. She has gone “the extra mile” on many occasions from making sure I understand to sending me verifications of any kind I need or ask for.(receipts, policy updates or changes.) Morgan himself answers calls and recently helped me with questions about a vehicle we’d been looking to buy. His ability to explain and answer my many questions was top notch with professionalism and knowledge of all he spoke of. All in all, I’ve stayed with Morgan Hefty’s office because of the professionalism and excellent customer care they always give along with a high level of understanding and communication. Due to increase finances of our policy, I even recently shopped other Insurance companies and was treated like I was an inconvenience, and spoken to rudely!!
